Manager-Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer (MEAL Officer)

Role Overview: As the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer (MEAL Officer) at our company, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework. This framework will cover inputs/output monitoring, process quality, outputs, outcomes, and impact evaluation to ensure effective project design and implementation. You will also be responsible for setting up learning systems and platforms for sharing insights, key learnings, challenges, and mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will design and implement management information systems to capture program and finance data, conduct data audits, and build team capacities on monitoring systems and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework - Set up learning systems for sharing insights and key learnings - Design and implement management information systems for data capture and analysis - Conduct data audits to assess data quality - Build team capacities on monitoring systems and data integrity - Design and implement dip-stick studies and outcomes studies - Coordinate with external agencies for program evaluations - Support in conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual program and financial reviews - Provide data and information to communication team for CSR narratives - Undertake any other work assigned by reporting manager Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate/ Graduate degree in Statistics/ Population Sciences/ Demography/ Other allied Sciences - At least 4 years of experience in monitoring, research, and evaluations Additional Company Details (if present): No additional company details were provided in the job description.,
