Manager Mechanical - Onsite Operations

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating, preparing, and executing the overhaul of rotating equipment during turnarounds, emergency shutdowns, and equipment breakdowns. You will also support the condition monitoring program, provide technical assistance on rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, and turbines, and ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance program. Additionally, you will lead in managing statutory requirements, coordinating site activities during turnarounds, developing annual plans for OPEX & CAPEX, and conducting training and development for site mechanical engineers and technicians. To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with ten to twelve years of experience in continuous process industries, preferably air separation unit, petrochemical, or fertilizer sectors. Strong safety awareness, hands-on experience in continuous process industries, knowledge of handling rotating and stationary equipment, good interpersonal relationships, and familiarity with vibration monitoring systems like Bently Nevada System 1 are essential requirements.
