Manager / Lead - MDM

Job Summary :

Manager /Lead MDM, US Commercial IT will serve as a technical developer for Master Data Management related IT projects for US Brand and Commercial business. This role will be part of the offshore team of developers and support US based IT team that manages Sales, Marketing, Training and Operations technology stack. This role will focus on translating business requirements into technical specs and then configure and enhance MDM component of overall Commercial IT System for Data Warehousing. This technology focus role requires strong technical expertise in Master Data Management, Java and basic ETL skills. Work experience in Reltio (or similar) Business Model configuration, creation & management of Survivorship rules, Match & Merge Configuration is required. Experience working in Data Warehouse environments with CRM and reporting components desired. This role will transition MDM activities currently being supported by third party vendors. Strong familiarity with Commercial (Sales & Marketing) processes is required.

Area Of Responsibility:

1. Configure and enhance Reltio MDM system to address MDM requirements
2. Lead and contribute in the following areas:
   • Reltio Business Model Configuration
   • Survivorship Rules
   • Match and Merge Configuration
   • Configuration of Relationship, Graph, Roles and Tags
3. Contribute in ETL - JSON format for Reltio consumption and work with Java and REST API
4. Transition to Reltio Data Loader new functionality and reduce ETL effort for ingestion as well as publishing
5. Proactively maintain the Master Data quality and periodically review data count across MDM environments (i.e. Dev, Test and PRD)
6. Collaborate with Data-Warehouse team for ETL for ingestion of new data sources or for enhancement to existing rules
7. Java Basic Java knowledge for building custom utilities and LCA
8. Collaborate with Reporting team (e.g. Tableau) and ensure accuracy of data in dashboards and reports
9. Analyze data management processes and establish Data Governance best practices and supporting structure

Education and Job Qualification:

Technical or Quantitative field

• Strong technical expertise in Master Data Management Reltio (preferred) and JSON
• At least 2 years experience configuring /managing Reltio (or similar) environment
• Expertise in creating and editing Survivorship rules, Match & Merge configuration
• Technical ability to create custom Java utilities - desired
• Technical ability to create / manage MDM Publish for consumption by CRM and reporting systems
• Understanding of concepts related to CRM and Reporting for Commercial (Sales & Marketing) processes is desired.
• Ability to work with partial overlapping hours with the US team is required for this position.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to deliver projects in a team setting is expected from this role.
• Eagerness to learn, especially if there is no direct Reltio experience

Experience:

At least 2-3 years hands-on technical development experience in Master Data Management required.

Additionally;

1. Technical development experience in Reltio (or similar), ETL for JSON, JAVA and REST API
2. Experience working in projects with CRM and Reporting components is desired.
