The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in operations, with proven expertise in client handling , team leadership, and healthcare process optimization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily operations of the IPDRG division Ensure delivery of high-quality services in line with SLAs and compliance standards Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact Drive process improvements and operational efficiency Mentor and guide team members to achieve performance goals Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, with at least 5 years in IPDRG Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field (Masters preferred) Key Skills: Operations Management, IPDRG, Client Handling, Healthcare Services, Team Leadership, Process Improvement Salary: As per industry standards Regards.
