* Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for hospital infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical systems and plumbing
* Develop and implement emergency response plans for facility-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations
* Establish and oversee preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life
* Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks
* Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols
Preferred:
* Min of 8 years of experiencewith hospital background
* Willing to travel multiple work locations in and around Mogappair location
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
