Manager, Industrial Engineering

The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance and advice at every level in the Industrial Engineering activities in the Plant. This includes developing management control systems to enhance financial planning and cost analysis efficiency in alignment with operational strategy. You will be responsible for drafting and designing layouts of equipment, materials, and workspace to ensure maximum efficiency. As part of your responsibilities, you will lead the monthly update capacity simulation and evaluate the ticket using the Aurangabad capacity & capability simulation system. Additionally, you will be in charge of business center layout design updates based on customer/process requirements. It will also be your responsibility to update Value Stream Map (VSM) as needed and conduct Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) analysis to identify areas for improvement. You will figure out the manning requirements based on ticket and machine ramp-up needs and contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) savings and equipment performance. Moreover, you will be involved in Management Information System (MIS) activities for the Regional team.
