Role Overview

We are seeking a Content & Campaign Manager with strong life insurance industry exposure to lead campaign content development for our Mobile App and remarketing engine. The role requires deep familiarity with IRDAI marketing and advertising guidelines and the ability to balance speed, compliance, and customer-centricity. The candidate should be a self-starter with operational strength, agency/vendor management skills, and a data-driven mindset to continuously refine content effectiveness based on customer behavior and insights.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development & Compliance
    • Create and manage customer-facing content for the Mobile App, remarketing engine, and customer journeys.
    • Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI advertising and marketing communication guidelines, including disclaimers, benefit illustrations, health/claims-related content, and customer disclosures.
    • Maintain an approval-ready content repository to accelerate campaign turnaround.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
    • Drive remarketing content creation to improve engagement and conversion across digital journeys.
    • Leverage customer data, analytics, and A/B testing to identify what works, iterate quickly, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with product, category, design, and compliance teams to ensure campaigns are business-relevant and risk-free.
  • Agency & Vendor Management
    • Manage creative and digital agencies for timely, cost-effective, and compliant content delivery.
    • Negotiate contracts, track SLAs, and ensure high-quality execution across multiple campaigns.
  • Customer-Centricity & Insight
    • Identify customer pain points across digital journeys and translate them into actionable content solutions.
    • Work closely with analytics/data teams to turn insights into content strategies that improve app engagement and remarketing efficiency.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Streamline approval workflows to reduce campaign turnaround time.
    • Track and report on content pipeline, compliance readiness, and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in life insurance / BFSI digital marketing or content roles.
  • Proven knowledge of IRDAI advertising guidelines and their application to customer communications.
  • Strong grounding in data-driven marketing with ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrated success in agency/vendor management.
  • Operationally strong with ability to handle high-volume content requirements under strict timelines.
  • Eye for detail and ability to spot customer pain points within journeys.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently in a regulated environment.
