Product Development and Management

• Manage product lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and discontinuation strategies.
• Analyse market trends, competitor landscape, and customer feedback to identify potential product gaps and opportunities for new insurance products.
• Collaborate with technology , product , actuarial , business & finance teams develop new products & relevant process

Compliance and Regulatory Oversight

• Ensure all insurance products comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor product compliance and address any potential issues proactively.
• Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines

Competencies (Knowledge & Skills)

• Insurance Industry Knowledge Deep understanding of various insurance products (life, health, Group) including their features, benefits, riders , coverage options and risk factors.
• Understanding of reinsurance concepts
• Market Analysis Skills Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to inform product strategy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner
• Analytical Skills Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions regarding product strategy.
• Regulatory Compliance Awareness of relevant insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using software applications, such as MS Office, to create presentations and reports.
• Experience in Life Asia is preferred.
