Manager-Engineering & Service (Design)

You will be working for a leading Gear Manufacturing company. Your responsibilities will include: - Execute benchmark studies to search, collect and record competitor data with the goal of exceeding the best in class. - Perform calculations for Worm, Bevel, helical gear pair, Shaft strength, and bearing life with load spectrum. - Create 3D concepts, detail modelling, and production drawings using Solid Works and upload them into EPDM. - Develop casing 3D modelling for pattern feasibility, mould flow analysis, and support for part development. - Drive and validate critical parameters in the test bench during assembly and testing. You should have knowledge in construction, windmill, material handling equipment, and e-mobility. Your skills should include Planetary, Helical, and bevel gearbox design.
