Manager Engineering & Projects (API)

As the Manager Engineering & Projects at our organization located in Ahmednagar, you will be responsible for overseeing various maintenance activities, ensuring internal customer satisfaction, controlling OPEX, managing inventory, and handling maintenance of process and utility equipment. You will also be involved in QMS activities, audits, project planning and execution, contractor bill verification, eCSP activities, CAPEX proposal, SOP revision, energy conservation initiatives, and training sessions for team members. Your role will include analyzing monthly parameters, exploring energy conservation possibilities, executing ASPIRE projects, acting as a certified coach for the electrical department, and overseeing duties related to section in-charge for the Electrical section. Additionally, you will be responsible for plant modifications, procurement, and coordination with internal teams such as Purchase, Production, QA, EHS, and Engineering Project, as well as external interactions with project consultants and vendors. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a BE in Electrical Engineering or DEE, possess specific certifications in MS-Office Excel, Presentation, and SAP, and have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the API industry.
