Job Description : Success Criteria 1. Owns and delivers an ER COE by managing the ER function for the market 2. Steps up ER support to the Business across locations, functions in India being the single point of contact for the HRBPs and business leaders. 3. Sphere heads and delivers Employee related investigations on time in full. 4. Mitigates risks for the business through proactive compliance to employment laws 5.
