Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in platform engineering, with at least 3 years in leadership roles. - Extensive software engineering development and design experience with complex and highly scalable products. - Working experience with CI/CD pipeline and tooling such as Bitbucket, Terraform, Grafana, AWS CodeBuild, and Pipeline. - Strong background in infrastructure and public cloud, preferably AWS. - In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and practices. - Excellent organizational skills. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Experience with agile development methodologies.
