Manager Developer

You have a great opportunity to join our team as a Developer specializing in Thermo Fisher Scientific SampleManager LIMS with 5+ years of experience. Your primary responsibilities will include configuring, customizing, and maintaining SampleManager LIMS to support laboratory operations efficiently. You will be tasked with developing and optimizing LIMS workflows, sample tracking, and data management solutions to enhance lab efficiency. Collaboration with scientists, lab managers, and IT teams is essential to implement and enhance LIMS functionalities effectively. In this role, you will be integrating SampleManager LIMS with various laboratory instruments, ERP systems, ELN, and other enterprise solutions. Ensuring regulatory compliance, including 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and HIPAA, and maintaining audit trails within the LIMS environment will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Troubleshooting LIMS-related issues, providing technical support, and implementing system upgrades will also be key tasks. Additionally, you will be developing custom scripts, plugins, or automation tools using VGL scripting language for SampleManager LIMS, SQL, or preferably C#/.NET. Experience with REST APIs, web services, and cloud-based solutions such as AWS/Azure for LIMS data management is highly desirable. You will play a vital role in maintaining data integrity, security, and scalability of LIMS deployments in regulated lab environments. It would be advantageous to have skills in C#/.NET programming for LIMS customization and automation, familiarity with VGL scripting language, exposure to cloud computing (AWS, Azure), and DevOps tools like CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes. Knowledge of bioinformatics, analytical chemistry, or clinical research workflows, as well as an understanding of HL7, ASTM, or OPC-UA for instrument interfacing, would be considered beneficial for this role.,
