You will be part of the Data Analytics team for a major Insurance Broker/Agency organization. Your role will involve defining analytic strategies, technical requirements, and data requirements for analytic solutions to meet business demands. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for data engineering, you will collaborate with various stakeholders and engage in technical problem-solving across multiple technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Define analytic strategies to meet business requirements - Determine technical requirements of analytic solutions - Identify data requirements of analytic solution processes - Work with stakeholders to define required data elements - Prepare ETL/data pipeline or workflow - Support data modeling activities - Enable data validation and data views - Ensure data accessibility - Engage in technical problem-solving across multiple technologies - Develop new solutions as needed Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in a similar role - Go-getter attitude - Ability to deal with ambiguity - Experience in insurance (preferred but not mandatory),
