Manager-Data Analytics and BA Developer

Role Overview: As a Manager-Data Analytics and BA Developer at our Mumbai location, you will play a crucial role in developing corporate visualization solutions from multiple data sources using tools like MS Power Platform, Tableau, and Qlik. Your expertise in report design, data model design, best practices, administration, and visualization aspects will enable insightful decision-making at various levels. You will work on projects spanning different systems, providing technical inputs and subject matter support. Additionally, you will collaborate with IT and Business teams on new developments, enhancements, and support requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop dashboard wireframes and reports using Microsoft Power Platform and Tableau - Design complex data models utilizing SAP and Non-SAP sources - Gather data and analytics requirements from business users and design KPIs - Support and enhance available reports and dashboards - Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the data warehouse - Troubleshoot issues with existing data models and dashboards - Create new dashboards based on requirements from Business Analysts and end users - Conduct initial QA tests on dashboard changes and gather user feedback for improvements - Design authorization matrix and resolve complex issues during dashboard development - Monitor data quality and maintain technical and functional design documentation - Adhere to standards for design, coding, source control, and documentation - Provide end-user training for domestic and international clients - Work closely with business and technical groups as a team player and independently when required Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in BSc.IT, BSc.CS, or BE - Around 5 years of experience in data and analytics platform and technology - Strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Non-SAP Connectors, and source system mapping - Basic understanding of design principles, analytical capabilities, and administration - Good communication skills and analytical ability Company Details: Omit this section as it is not present in the provided job description.,
