Purpose of the Role: GTC Trade Support is responsible for managing a critical part of Fx derivative lifecycle which includes validation, confirmation, and settlements (payments and receipts) with external banks, accounting interfaces, and daily regulatory reporting of Fx Derivatives portfolios under different regulations (Dodd Frank, EMIR etc. ) The team also maintains various aspects of the Treasury Management Suite of platforms and responsible for managing inter-co funding portfolio globally for all entities. Driving value for the enterprise in a strong controlled environment and transforming the way we operate have been our top priorities. The position will also be responsible for supporting fast track critical projects like Straight Through Processing (STP), dynamic Fx Regulatory Reporting space, build strong controls framework & support critical business initiatives like regulatory changes including refits (changes), new regulations/reporting needs, M&A, LE Restructuring, dividend payout etc and partner closely with teams like Treasury, Market Controllers, Legal Entity Management, GCO, LOBCO, AET, TMS vendor to provide FX, inter-co. and TMS related consultancy, adherence to reporting requirements and compliance to business needs. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a high-performing team of 2-3 professionals, fostering a collaborative culture focused on growth, accountability, and operational excellence Ensure compliance with daily Fx derivative reporting filed with the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation for different jurisdictions and all the applicable regulatory requirements/changes impacting Fx products including creating a robust governance framework. Manage the global inter-entity funding processes including accounting, reporting, analytics, and related interest accruals / settlement via TMS Overall accounting governance of the Treasury Management System (TMS) including Static data management and accounting pillar for TMS Support all internal SOX and external audit requirements including PRSA analysis, Third-party Lifecycle Management related compliances for DTCC, derivative policy and AXP guidelines Lead with innovation by effective use of tools and technology bringing in efficiency Partner and strategize with stakeholders on enterprise wide and treasury driven initiatives like M&A, system uplifts, foreign debt issuances, entity restructuring etc. Pro-actively build and manage relationship with stakeholders within and outside of the Finance organization, with a focus on delivering effective and efficient support Critical Factors to Success: Ability to effectively manage a team of analysts Strong collaborative and relationship building skills; ability to effectively influence stakeholders Strong will to win; a self-starter, effective in working independently Experience assessing operational risks and designing controls to mitigate risks Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to lead global change management initiatives Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining and improving a strong control environment Experience and Skills Requested: Accounting degree or equivalent 5-8 years of experience within Finance or Treasury function Profession certification (ACCA, CMA, CPA) + plus Experience in managing a team would be an added advantage Experienced in developing good relationships with team, leaders, and business partners across geographies Strong will to win; a self-starter, ability to work independently and in cut-off driven environment Digital mindset to automate and improve processes Experience in working in accounting and regulatory reporting space Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining and improving a strong control environment Preferred: Exposure to banking operations, FX, derivative instruments; Knowledge of card business model & economics; experience with Treasury systems Benefits include: Competitive base salaries Bonus incentives Support for financial-well-being and retirement Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits (depending on location) Flexible working model with hybrid, onsite or virtual arrangements depending on role and business need Generous paid parental leave policies (depending on your location) Free access to global on-site wellness centers staffed with nurses and doctors (depending on location) Free and confidential counseling support through our Healthy Minds program Career development and training opportunities
