Job Description

we are seeking an experienced and responsible manager to oversee the day-to-day operational activitiesof our college.

key responsibilities:

  • supervise and manage building, garden maintenance and repair work.
  • ensure the clinliness and hygine across the campus.
  • coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
  • monitor utilities(electricity, water, etc.) and arrange timely services.
  • handle small purchases and repairs required for daily operations.
  • maintain proper records of maintenance regularly about campus upkeep.

requirements:

  • minimum 5 year experience in facility/administrative management(in educational institutions).
  • stong organization and leadership skills.
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • basic knowledge of maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and housekeeping operations.
  • good communctaion and problem-solving skills.

salary: as per experience and college norms.
