Job Description

As Manager in Marketing and Marcom, your role involves developing comprehensive marketing plans for major product launches, campaigns, programs, and initiatives. You will lead the execution of market launches in collaboration with key opinion leaders and sites. Analyzing clinical and market data to assess regional impact will be crucial for potential product launches. Building relationships with key opinion leaders is essential to inform product launch plans and understand the current market environment and competition. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including budget and strategies for product launches, campaigns, and initiatives - Lead the execution of market launches in collaboration with key opinion leaders - Analyze clinical and market data to assess regional impact for potential product launches - Build relationships with key opinion leaders to inform product launch plans - Ensure Salesforce readiness for both direct and indirect sales - Develop product materials and programs to support product launch and commercialization strategies - Provide monthly competitive information updates for the sales force - Drive strategic deployments for key opinion leader development and clinical studies - Develop customer connect plans and strategies for engagement - Drive direct reach for sales lead generation through various channels - Budget, plan, lead, and execute conferences and CME's - Develop the clinical story to support regional value proposition for product launches - Engage with key users, key opinion leaders, and data partners to develop clinical studies - Develop content for regular social media reach - Build a market database for promotions and sales lead generation - Design marketing collaterals for the sales team - Ensure active presence on digital marketing platforms In addition to the key responsibilities, you will be required to have: - Bachelor's Degree in science/medicine/biomedical with 5+ years of experience - MBA in Marketing is a must - Certification in digital marketing would be an added advantage - Relevant experience in Diagnostics/Devices Marketing domain is an added advantage Additional Details: You should possess proven successful marketing management skills, expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent documentation and communication skills, and interpersonal relationship skills. Extensive knowledge of the organization and competitive landscape is required, along with the ability to forecast product lines accurately based on market development. Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail are essential for this role. Your ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels, manage competing priorities, and escalate issues effectively will be critical for success in this role.,
