Manager - CHP Commissioning

Purpose/Objective

Purpose- Planning, commissioning of Transfer Towers, Wagon Tripler, Stacker and Reclaimer, Crusher House and coal conveying system in CHP Outcome- commissioning of Wagon Tripler, Stacker & Reclaimer, Crusher House and coal conveying system in line with Commissioning of CHP System of U 3 & 4.

Key Responsibilities of Role

1. Shall be responsible for the commissioning of CHP as per the schedule and resource Rolling Plan quarterly basis in line with the relevant project schedule follow up, Commissioning Co-ordination, Check List, and Standard Operating Procedure. 2. To verify weekly/monthly MIS( Materials, drawing, process, resources) 3. To ensure safety compliance at site. Review of JSA/HIRA, Erection Methodology and check list for erection, Compliance check list before taking up commissioning activity. 4. To coordinate (Progress, Material, drawing ,Resources) with PMCG/CEG & EPC Contactor 5. To ensure safety strict adherence to quality systems & Safety. 6. To co-ordinates for interface issues within inter & intra department

Technical Competencies

Good communication & Presentation skills,Implementation of safety management system,Knowledge of CHP & their commissioning,Monitoring and controlling of infrastructure requirement

Qualifications and Experience

Experience Total : With Degree : 10+ Years Essential Qualification: Diploma/BE-Mechanical Must have sound knowledge of CHP systems and practice of Large Power Project. Should have handled of commissioning Engineers in Project. Must have exposure to commissioning of CHP (Wagon Tripler, Stacker/Reclaimer, Crusher House, Coal Conveying System & Plough Tripler) in project having Units of more than 500/600 MW Capacity. Should have good managerial & communication skills.
