Manager - Analytics & Decision Science

You will be a part of the Analytics & Decision Science Department at mPokket, a rapidly growing fintech startup in the lending domain. Your primary role will involve leveraging data to drive operational efficiencies and provide key data-driven insights. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this role: - Performing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics - Conducting Credit Risk Management, Portfolio Analytics, and Marketing Analytics - Analyzing Swap-in & Swap-out, Benchmarking, Root Cause Analysis, and other relevant factors - Generating actionable insights by analyzing key metrics across functions - Identifying root causes through in-depth data analysis to facilitate the design of actionable solutions - Developing mechanisms for control, performance monitoring, and reporting to internal stakeholders - Assisting in investigating and drafting cost/benefit analysis and business requirements for potential solutions - Collaborating cross-functionally with business teams to ensure the development and implementation of programs as per requirements and timelines To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, analytics, business analysis, or a comparable consumer analytics position - Minimum 2 years of experience in the Banking/Lending Industry - Proficiency in developing requirements, formulating business metrics for reporting, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, and Google Data Studio - Advanced working knowledge of data mining using SQL, ETL, data warehouse, and Excel - Proficiency in programming languages like Python and R - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams - Strong problem-solving, project management, attention to detail, and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and competing objectives - Capability to present complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and convey findings clearly and concisely Join mPokket and contribute to shaping the future of lending through data analytics and insights!,
