Manager Analytical Method Development

As the Manager of Analytical Method Development, you will be responsible for the overall development and validation of analytical methods for R&D projects, specifically focusing on oral controlled release dosage forms. Your key responsibilities will include leading the scientific development of new analytical methods, identifying areas for improvement in existing methods, and staying updated on evolving technologies and Regulatory requirements. You will play a crucial role as a member of the new product development team, contributing to the preparation of development proposals, project plans, timelines, and project activity reviews. Your expertise in analytical methods development using techniques such as HPLC, GC, PSD, LC-MS-MS, and other analytical methods will be essential to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You should have experience in handling Assay, Dissolution, Related substance, and Nitrosamine method development for solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules), liquid oral formulations, and topical preparations. Additionally, you will be involved in providing assessment and budgetary proposals for laboratory equipment and supplies, project coordination, and data analysis to support formulation development. To qualify for this role, you should hold an M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Chemistry or Analysis, or an MSc in Chemistry, along with a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills are essential for success in this position. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial for effective project coordination and delivery.
