Purpose/Objective

Job Objective: To provide support for Execution, Maintenance, Control and Contract Management for Solar Manufacturing Projects by integration & coordination amongst various stake holders (internal and external) in order to achieve completion of the Electrical packages within schedule and fulfilment of the Solar Manufacturing project/O&M objectives.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Roles and Responsibilities: • Erection, Testing and commissioning of /66kV/11KV GIS, 11kV switchgear, Power & Distribution transformer & utilities- Compressor, Electrical Chiller, HVAC etc. • Operation Maintenance, trouble shooting, Testing & Commissioning of 66KV GIS and above switchyard with all associated equipment’s CB, CT, PT, CVT, Isolator, LA, Protection Relay, CRP Panel, RTCC, Power Transformer 31.5MV, SCDA, SAS, Battery Charger etc. • Operation & Maintenance of 11kV Switchgear Panel, Fast Bus Transfer system,11kV RMU,11kV Motor, NGR, Distribution transformer 11/0.433KV, HT & LT PCC, MCC Panel, APFC Panel, AMF Panel & Synchronisation system, DG Set & UPS and all other associated electrical installation. • Operation & Maintenance of PLC, SCADA based electrical system & trouble shooting. • Trouble shooting of large industrial utility system i.e. Air Compressor, AHU, and VFD, LT –HT Motors/PUW/PEN /Scrubber /GAS/HVAC/VAM and its associated electrical system. • Tripping Data analysis of various Electrical faults of electrical system. • Ensure effective operation and maintenance of 11kV network & LT Network of the plant. • Analysis of Energy reports and MIS report generation. • Spare parts and inventory control management. • Training & Development of self & subordinate staff. • Development of system & procedures. • Monitoring & ensure compliances of SOP & Maintenance schedules. • Ensure 100% statutory compliances. • Initiatives & implementation of energy saving projects. • Leading Energy Saving projects of F&M

Qualifications and Experience

Experience Required 12 -18 yrs Qualification - B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical).
