Manager 1- Non-Assurance Services

We are looking for a skilled Manager to join our Assurance team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience and a strong background in accounting, with expertise in financial statement analysis, assurance services, and team management. Roles and Responsibility Perform review and compilation engagements according to firm and professional standards. Design, develop, and execute analytical procedures to assess financial data and performance metrics. Review and analyze lease agreements to ensure compliance with lease accounting standards. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Prepare detailed supporting schedules for financial statement analysis and review. Ensure revenue recognition procedures comply with regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent from an accredited university. Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting, preferably in Canda Corporate tax return/compilation/review engagement. Proven leadership skills with experience leading teams and mentoring associates. Strong understanding of accounting services, including review and compilation standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience managing multiple engagements simultaneously. A successful record of directing and deploying staff and senior associates on multiple, simultaneous engagements is expected. Proficiency in preparing financial statements, conducting compilations and reviews, and completing Canadian corporate tax returns is required.
