Desired qualifications consist of 2+ years of System Administration and Desktop troubleshooting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, and 11), knowledge of network terminologies and Cisco products, experience in incident and problem management, and collaboration skills. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have strong customer focus, the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, engage in detailed discussions with various levels of management, and collaborate with distributed team members on new technology initiatives. They should also possess knowledge of imaging, backup, and storage solutions, experience in supporting Apple Operating Systems and Servers, and familiarity with Microsoft products like AD, Exchange, Office 365, and Intune MDM. Furthermore, the Technology Operations Analyst should be able to manage SLA's and priorities, demonstrate good customer service skills, have a background in technical support, and possess knowledge of ITIL. Other requirements include an ITIL certification, familiarity with VMWare Concepts, Azure Cloud Concepts, SNOW, OS troubleshooting skills, and experience with Mobile Phone/Ipad setup.
