We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multi-cuisine restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest relations, handling dine-in, takeaway, and delivery operations (including Zomato/Swiggy), supervising staff, ensuring smooth inventory and stock management, and driving overall sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities Guest Relations & Service Ensure excellent customer experience for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally. Maintain a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests. Delivery & Online Orders Oversee Zomato, Swiggy, and other aggregator orders. Ensure timely and accurate order preparation and dispatch. Monitor online ratings and respond to reviews for reputation management. Sales & Revenue Management Track daily sales and prepare reports. Implement upselling strategies and promotional offers. Work with management to achieve monthly sales targets. Inventory & Stock Management Monitor food, beverage, and packaging stock levels. Reduce wastage and control pilferage. Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement. Staff Supervision Manage front staff and kitchen coordination. Schedule shifts and ensure discipline among employees. Provide training to staff on customer service and hygiene standards. Compliance & Standards Ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are followed. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ambiance. Comply with FSSAI and local regulations.
