We are seeking a motivated professional to support instrument demonstrations, installations, customer trainings, and application development across mining, geology, exploration, and research segments. In this role you will provide advanced technical support and training for Malvern Panalytical’s XRF (and other technologies, where applicable) product portfolio to our users, subsidiaries, agents and channel partners. What are your responsibilities? Provide advanced technical support to our end users of the XRF range of products. Develop and document Malvern Panalytical’s applications knowledge and expertise in the area of XRF Analysis. Provide sales support by visiting sales sites and customers, in India region (includes neighbouring countries) and if needed occasionally traveling to surrounding regions. Prepare and give lectures, help to publish scientific papers and present seminars at an advanced level to our subsidiaries, sales team and the end-users. What do you need to be successful in this role? A relevant science degree in the field of minerology/geology/chemistry and/or equivalent educational qualification with demonstrable practical experience in the field of XRF analysis. Having a PhD degree or at least 5-6 years of relevant experience in industrial/research field with XRF applications is compulsory. Experience in any other technology of Malvern Panalytical portfolio is advantageous. You will need excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to present solutions to complex problems to a varied audience in a variety of media. You need to be fluent in English, Hindi and any other local language is advantageous Great to have? You are a team player, able to adapt and adjust when the need arises.
