You will be working as a full-time CDP Pastry at Malido Cafe, a Parsi style cafe & bar in the Kala Ghoda area of Fort, Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include baking pastries, creating new and innovative pastry designs, upholding high standards of hygiene, and showcasing expertise in baking and cooking. To excel in this role, you should have experience in making and decorating cakes, experimenting with dessert ideas, possessing bakery and baking skills, demonstrating creativity, maintaining hygiene standards, and showcasing cooking skills. Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Additionally, you should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent time management, and exhibit strong organizational skills.,
