Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Industrial Nurses to join our organization. The nurse will be responsible for providing occupational health services, emergency care, and supporting employee well-being within the industrial/worksite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees.
• Maintain employee health records and ensure timely documentation.
• Monitor and manage workplace injuries and follow-up care.
• Support periodic medical check-ups and health screening programs.
• Ensure availability and upkeep of medical supplies/equipment.
• Coordinate with safety teams for health & safety programs.
• Assist in health awareness campaigns and wellness activities.
• Report incidents, hazards, and health-related concerns to management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing / ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Freshers can apply).
• Valid Certificates.
• Basic knowledge of first aid & occupational health preferred.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly during emergencies.
• Basic computer knowledge for documentation.
• Willingness to work in an industrial environment.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, permanent role.
• 12 hrs (Day/Night)
