Male Hostel Warden- Residential

Bala Mandir Kamraj Trust, a 76-year-old organization based in T Nagar, Chennai, is seeking graduates to serve as residential wardens at its children’s home, which houses orphans and needy children. They prefer male candidates aged 21 and above who are passionate about helping others, enhancing academics, and supporting children.

This unique “Learn while you Earn” (LWE) scheme trains graduates to become residential caregivers while aspiring for future higher roles. Those selected can get valuable professional experience and save money while continuing higher studies and gaining additional qualifications through online classes.
