Key Responsibilities: Source and screen Malayalam-speaking telesales candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media Conduct telephonic and video interviews to assess communication and sales skills Manage interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding process Build and maintain a pipeline of Malayalam voice process candidates Regular follow-up with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth closures Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements Requirements: 2+ years of experience in telesales or voice process recruitment Fluent in Malayalam Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean search Strong communication and negotiation skills Able to manage high-volume hiring and meet deadlines Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM tools is preferred Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary Incentives for closures Dynamic work environment Opportunity to grow into a senior recruiter or team lead role
