About the Role

Malayalam Linguistic Exper

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct linguistic training sessions for contributors and guide them in audio recording / transcription/annotation tasks.
2. Lead a team of 1000+ contributors, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
3. Review, evaluate, and maintain linguistic quality of Malayalam datasets.
4. Work closely with research and product teams for standardizing spelling, grammar, and disfluency tagging.
5. Maintain delivery timelines and ensure smooth workflow management

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency

  in Malayalam.

• Strong command over Malayalam and English (spoken & written).
• Previous experience as a trainer, QA lead, or linguistic expert is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with transcription/ annotation tools will be an advantange.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
