To excel in this role, you must possess fluency in Italian and English, hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Languages, or a related field, have 2-5 years of experience in client relations or international business, preferably in sectors like Retail, Hospitality, Consulting, or Manufacturing with Italy-India business relations. Cross-cultural competence, problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, tech-savviness, and flexibility to work across time zones are essential qualities.
