Join us in our vision of Happy Healthy Snacking! Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The role is based in Darbhanga with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and leading a sales team. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, tracking sales performance, negotiating contracts, and providing regular reports to upper management. Qualifications Strong skills in Sales Strategy Development and Implementation Experience in Client Relationship Management and CRM Software Proficient in Market Research and Sales Data Analysis Leadership skills and experience in managing a sales team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
