This is a remote, project-based opportunity for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and efficiency to our growing content production team. Key Responsibilities: Edit raw footage into polished, high-performing video content based on briefs and brand guidelines. Create UGC-style videos that look authentic, natural, and engaging. Add motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, and seamless transitions using Adobe After Effects. Perform trimming, color grading, audio syncing, and sequencing using Adobe Premiere Pro. Optimize video formats for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, etc.). Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to meet project timelines. Maintain organized project files and manage revisions effectively. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of professional video editing experience. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Portfolio with samples of both branded and UGC-style video edits. Understanding of short-form content trends and platform-specific formatting. Strong storytelling and pacing skills, with keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently and juggle multiple projects efficiently.
