• Day-to-day supervision of agricultural activities (crops: Pomegranate & Cotton) • Maintenance of irrigation, fencing, and farm equipment • Coordinating with workers for timely farming operations • Basic office work & computer handling (emails, record-keeping) • Effective communication with Head Office Requirements: • Education: Minimum 12th pass /B Sc. Agriculture (Preference Bachelor /Diploma in Agriculture) • Experience in farm management / agriculture work • Knowledge of cotton & fruit crops (pomegranate preferred) • Basic knowledge of computer & office administration • Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati, basic English preferred) • Honest, reliable, and hardworking Salary & Benefits: • Attractive salary based on experience
