Key Responsibilities: Assist with food prep (chopping, assembling, portioning). Prepare and plate Mexican dishes as per Maiz standards. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations. Follow hygiene and safety guidelines. Support the team during rush hours. What We’re Looking For: Someone who is punctual, hardworking, and eager to learn. Basic kitchen or café experience is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to handle pressure and work in a team. Positive attitude and good communication skills.
