We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Insurance Telecaller Agent to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining insurance products, following up on leads, and closing sales while maintaining high levels of professionalism and customer service. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided leads. Explain insurance products in a clear and convincing manner to customers. Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into successful sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in databases. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Deliver excellent customer experience while adhering to compliance guidelines. Required Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English . Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
