1. Perform daily and periodic maintenance on CNC machines, robotic systems, assembly equipment, and pneumatic setups.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot faults related to PLC, sensors, motors, control panels, and automation equipment.
3. Ensure minimum downtime by quickly identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
4. Conduct preventive maintenance activities as per schedule and document all maintenance logs.
5. Calibrate and maintain tools, instruments, and machine components.
6. Support the installation and commissioning of new machines or equipment.
7. Maintain adherence to safety protocols, 5S practices, and quality standards.
8. Coordinate with production teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
9. Maintain inventory of spares and report shortages proactively.
