Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to high-quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee all maintenance operations on-site, including preventative, routine, and emergency repairs. Assign and schedule daily tasks for maintenance technicians, ensuring efficient and timely completion. Monitor the progress and quality of maintenance work, ensuring standards are met. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional conduct Develop and implement maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and facilities. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and other support staff. Act as a point of contact for resolving complex technical issues, especially during emergencies. Maintain records of maintenance activities, including completed work, ongoing tasks, and inspection reports.
