Maintenance Supervisor (ITI / Diploma)

Qualification ITI or Diploma in Civil
Experience: 1 to 2 years as maintenance supervisorReporting To: Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Detail oriented
• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure preventive maintenance in the institution and ensure work is progressing as per schedule and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, laborers and subcontractors.
• Prepare, read and interpret civil drawings.
• Maintain daily progress reports and submit updates to management
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and labor and minimize wastage.
• Monitor site safety and ensure all workers follow safety protocols.
• Conduct basic quality checks and ensure that work complies with technical specifications.
• Assist engineers in resolving site-level issues.
• Maintain site records, attendance registers and documentation as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
