Maintenance Manager(Mechanical)

Role Overview: As the Dy. Manager / Manager Maintenance based in Kheda / Nadiad / Anand (Gujarat) with a competitive CTC of 810 LPA, your primary responsibility will be overseeing plant & machinery maintenance in a continuous production environment. You will play a crucial role in conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and managing utilities such as power presses and air compressors. Additionally, your role will require team management skills and a good understanding of ISO standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting preventive maintenance on plant & machinery - Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for maintenance issues - Managing power press utilities and air compressors - Team handling for efficient maintenance operations - Inventory management to ensure smooth functioning of maintenance activities - Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards - Proficiency in computer skills will be advantageous for this role Qualifications Required: - B.E. in Mechanical or Mechatronics - 8-12 years of relevant experience in maintenance operations Additional Company Details: Candidates residing in Kheda, Nadiad, or Anand are preferred for this position.
