Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance Scheduling

Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.

Timely Maintenance Response

Ensure timely and efficient response to maintenance requests, addressing issues promptly and effectively, and overseeing emergency repairs as needed.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring high performance, proper training, and clear communication to support maintenance operations.

Equipment and Facility Management

Oversee the management and upkeep of all equipment and facilities, ensuring they are maintained according to safety standards and operational requirements.

Health, Safety, and Compliance

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities, promoting a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.
