Job Description

We are looking for skilled Maintenance Engineers to join our team at Rcad Solutions, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Roles and Responsibility

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to equipment and machinery.
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Conduct regular inspections and repairs to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Analyze data and reports to inform maintenance decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians on best practices and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in the engineering and construction industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and control systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
