Maintenance Engineer (PLC based Assembly Line)

You will be responsible for maintenance engineering on an automatic assembly line in Gurgaon. Your primary duties will include preventive and reactive maintenance, working with PLC and control systems, maintaining pneumatic systems, managing servo and motion control, diagnosing faults, ensuring continuous improvement, handling documentation and compliance, as well as assisting in installation and commissioning. You will also be involved in training, collaboration, providing shift and emergency support when required. To qualify for this role, you should have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field. You should possess 3-10 years of experience in industrial automated line maintenance involving pneumatic, PLC, and servo systems. Proficiency in PLC programming and debugging, pneumatic and servo maintenance, interpreting schematics, and familiarity with CMMS/SAP systems is essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate strong analytical skills, documentation proficiency, effective communication, teamwork, and a safety-first attitude. This is a permanent position that requires your presence in person at the workplace in Gurgaon.
