We are looking to hire a highly motivated, hands-on executive who will be responsible for the maintenance or preventive maintenance (PM) function of the cells plant, supporting the strategic ambition to be the world's leading solar cell producer.

Performs equipment-related tasks in compliance with SOP / SWG / OPL / checklists, such as mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Executes preventive maintenance (PM), material or parts refurbishment & replenishment.
Performs any additional related tasks given by superiors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Supervisor or Senior/Team Member.
Upholds 5S standards and ensures safety compliance.
Performs Level 1 & 2 preventive maintenance & equipment troubleshooting according to WI & OCAP.
Maintains a safe, clean & tidy work environment at all times.
Executes all reliability engineering practices and programs in the plant.
Assures continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime.
Performs TPM, preventive maintenance (PM), and PDM (predictive maintenance) activities according to the schedule planned by the Equipment Engineer.
Ensures that equipment is well maintained.
Involved in the installation and commissioning process.
Improves the useful life of plant, equipment, and machinery.
Participates actively in key projects such as tool utilization, cost reduction, production yield improvement, new machine qualification, downtime optimization, OEE improvement, and new parts evaluation/qualification using Six-Sigma, Gemba, Kaizen, or similar applicable methodologies.
Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division.
Achieves all KPIs set by the Shift Associate Equipment Engineer or Team Member.
Acts as a mentor to train new Equipment and PM Technicians, enhancing their capabilities.
