Maintenance Data Analyst

As a Maintenance Data Analyst, your role will involve understanding technical details about mechanical and instrumentation equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, heat exchangers, valves, gearboxes, and various field instruments. You will be responsible for plant maintenance, shutdown, and breakdown activities. Your tasks will include interpreting and working with technical documentation like P&IDs, SLDs, isometric drawings, equipment datasheets, electrical documents/drawings, and instrumentation schematics. Key Responsibilities: - Understanding technical details about mechanical and instrumentation equipment - Experience in plant maintenance, shutdown, and breakdown activities - Interpret and work with technical documentation including P&IDs, SLDs, isometric drawings, equipment datasheets, electrical documents/drawings, and instrumentation schematics Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering In addition to the mandatory skills, it would be advantageous if you have experience utilizing MS Office tools effectively for reporting, documentation, and communication. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations is also an added advantage. Proficiency in ERP systems and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), particularly in SAP, is preferred. Experience in creating and managing Equipment Master Data and Functional Locations, as well as familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) and material management processes, will further enhance your capabilities in this role.,
