The Onboarding Specialist position is a 12+ month long term contract role based in Bangalore, India. As a key member of the Staffing Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new hires. Your responsibilities will include managing offer generation, background checks, identity verification, and maintaining accurate onboarding data in various systems such as Workday and SmartRecruiters. You will be expected to share best practices and suggest scalable solutions to enhance team efficiency. Adhering to processes and guidelines, you will also be required to think creatively to resolve issues that may arise outside the standard procedures. Your role will involve providing support for administrative activities, coordinating with new hires, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in offer generation and onboarding processes. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suite or GSuite is required, along with a solid understanding of candidate/employee lifecycle processes. Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and background check experience are highly valued for this position. Familiarity with tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiters, and DocuSign would be advantageous. Fluency in English is a must for effective communication in this role.,
