Recruit and lead team of 5-6 Recruiters Allocate requirements and hand hold team members for working on the assigned requirements Supervise day to day and monthly revenue performance Source and Manage clients Ensure the best and timely service to clients
Main Responsibility of this role is to identify new potential corporate clients for recruitment services Mine database by identifying right contact persons to get empanelled with these companies Contacting/Meeting New Potential clients Presenting them our services Convincing them to associate with us Negotiating commercial terms with them Completing Contract/legal related formalities with them Sourcing Requirements/Mandates from them Assigning these to internal recruitment team Acting as key relationship manager on going basis to source and service the business from them
