Role & responsibilities Assure Achieving Qualitative & Quantitative production per Shift / Daily Production Plan targets Ensure and report WIP Inventory Quality and Accuracy ( Perpetual and Physical Count Cycle) Allocation of Operators & Setters considering the availability & Skill level Assure Setters and Operators Efficiency Monitoring & recording data Conformance to Production Work Order On Time Delivery as per Original Promise Ensure Customer Order On Time Delivery as per Original Promise Assuring to Meet Agreed OEE Target thorugh Monitoring, Initiating actions and follow up and Reporting the impacts Work together with Interfunctionals Viz., Engineering, Quality, Tooling & Maintenance to identify Production Risk and Mitigate Assuring Engineering Documents and Records Availability Drive Kaizen (Safety, People,Skill, Talent, Process, Quality, Setup Change, Tool Cost and etc.,) Following, Driving, ensuring Quality Management System and Customer Specific Compliances Agile Reporting and communication of Performance, Progress, Escalations to Superior / Management Preferred candidate profile 4 to 8 years Experience Diploma/B.E / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering Must have understanding on CNC Turning, Milling, Grinding
