Job Description

As a Technical Support/Implementation role at our company, your responsibilities will include: - Handling Technical Support Calls & Tickets - Resolving issues through Remote Access, Phone Support, etc. - Performing Installation & Configuration of IceWarp, MySQL, SSL, Linux & Windows Server OS - Monitoring Servers such as MySQL - Performing Migration tasks - Handling Presales queries at L1/L2 level - Being available to handle important/urgent calls during non-office hours - Providing Support during Emergency situations as required, even during Off hours - Managing a minimum of 30 Tickets per month while in a support role - Handling at least 4 implementations in a month - Managing escalations from Customers based on the escalation matrix Key skills required for this role include: - Messaging Administrator - Windows server expertise - Linux server administration - System Administrator skills The knowledge required for this position includes: - Administration of Windows - Administration of Linux distributions like CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu - Network level skills - Proficiency in Email protocols such as SMTP, POP3, IMAP - Experience with MS SQL Server and MySQL Server including Installation, configuration, fine-tuning, backup, and restore tasks,
